HRN is my family name, and HRN Dev is a small family business based right here in East Amherst. I build websites for the businesses I walk past every day on Transit Road.
I keep things simple: you see your site before you pay, you get one person to call, and your site keeps working while you run your business. I use modern tools, including AI, to do the routine work fast, which keeps my prices fair. Every page is still checked by me.
Questions
Is the preview really free?
Yes. I build it before we talk money. If you don't want it, I delete it. You owe nothing.
Is everything included?
Yes. Your .com domain (registered in your name), hosting, SSL security and backups are all included in every plan. Already have a domain? I'll connect it at no charge.
How do I request changes?
Email support@hrndev.com with what you need: new hours, a price change, new photos. Changes covered by your plan are done within 72 hours. Bigger changes get a quote first, and I start once you approve it.
Can customers book, order or pay on my site?
Yes. I connect the tools you already use (Fresha, Vagaro, Square, Toast, Uber Eats) or set up secure online payments with Stripe or Square for deposits, gift cards or products. Customer sign-in is handled by those tools too.
Will a website really bring me more customers?
It makes you much easier to find and to choose. Together with a complete Google listing and good reviews, more people nearby see your business when they search, and they can call, book or get directions in one tap. I'll show you the numbers in your monthly report.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Sign up for 12 months and the setup fee is waived, or pay the setup fee and go month to month after the first 3 months. Paying a year up front gets you 2 months free.
Who owns the domain and content?
You do. If you ever leave, I hand over your content and transfer your domain at no cost.
I already use Fresha / Toast / Uber Eats. Do I need to stop?
Not at all. Your website links straight to them, so customers can book or order the way they already do. You just stop depending on someone else's page.
What do I need to do?
About 20 minutes: share some photos, check your details, and give me access to your Google listing. I handle everything else.
Can I just buy the site outright?
Yes. $1,200 one time for the site, plus an optional $49/month care plan for hosting and updates.
